Weekly Chapter 4/4
The man’s expression shifted as he read Eunha’s letter. It was clear that he had not interpreted Eunha’s letter correctly because he looked perplexed.
As Sir Song had hoped, Eunha’s talent was unmatched.
“Wait. I’ll take the letter to a Western doctor soon.”
“Thank you.”
The Western doctor’s expression changed when he received the letter. Suddenly, he looked around. He appeared to be searching for the person who delivered the letter.
Sir Song, who cleared his throat, raised his hand.
The Western doctor approached him.
“Who wrote this letter?”
Sir Song replied,
“Eunha. She’s a woman. Lee Eunha.”
Then the blond Western doctor asked another question,
“Where is the priest Christopher?”
“…Christopher?”
“Priest Christopher is written on this letter. It doesn’t matter. But we should write a reply to the woman named Eunha.”
“That sounds fantastic.”
Sir Song resumed his seat, awaiting the response.
When he looked around with a curious expression, he found an old man standing quite far away. It was a familiar face. His ears were bandaged.
“I’m sorry you waited so long. Give this letter to Eunha. Also tell her that the priest needs to examine the patient personally to know his condition.”
“Yes. Thank you.”
Sir Song accepted the letter with joy.
When he left the place, the old man still caught his attention.
He couldn’t believe he couldn’t remember his name.
Perhaps his memory had deteriorated with age.

Heein asked,
“Personally?”
She held out flower cakes to Eunha.
“Do you want me to take Zen there?”
Eunha nodded as she looked at the flower cakes.
“Yes. It is necessary for Zen to stay away from the dust. The aroma of medicinal herbs might help his asthma, but he can’t provide an accurate prescription without a physical examination.”
“I’m worried. I’ve heard that the place is riddled with disease, and there seem to be evil spirits as well. Although I’m intrigued by the capabilities of Western doctors, I don’t want Zen’s condition to deteriorate.”
Heein’s worries were normal. It was risky for Lee Zen to attend a private school, making it even more hazardous for him to visit a place teeming with sick patients.
The Western doctor, Robin, couldn’t diagnose Jihak’s eye condition without a physical examination due to the numerous cases of eye disease. He asked Jihak to visit him.
Eunha took a bite of the dish Heein had prepared. The sweet fragrance of azaleas filled her mouth. Heein watched Eunha while she ate.
“The flower cake seems to be a hit.”
“Yes, it’s delicious. Everything you make is wonderful.”
“It’s usual for your appetite to shift during pregnancy,”
Heein said as Eunha stared at her from across the table.
She thought Heein didn’t know she was pregnant.
Eunha looked surprised. Heein laughed.
“Did you really think I wouldn’t notice?”
