Weekly Chapter 5/6
She pushed his chest with a frown on her face, then strided away.
Jihak, who felt attracted to her rebelliousness, laughed. His laughter caused her heart to beat faster.
As she left the bookshop, the owner followed her.
She soon entered the forest road that led to the mansion.
“I met a hunting leader the other day. There seems to be a tiger as big as a house nearby. It is so smart that it destroys the traps. The tiger has killed several people, including children.”
The silence was too much for her to bear, so she broke it first.
“Why? Are you afraid?”
“Of course. But don’t worry. I can spot a tiger faster than anyone else.”
“That reassures me.”
In the forest, the sound of footsteps from three individuals could be heard. Eunha was glad because she heard news from Yongi. Of course, she didn’t know why her sister was at Shihoon’s. She had a feeling that everything was written in her sister’s letter.
She was so deep in thought that she didn’t even realize that she had arrived at the mansion. And accumulated snow fell on her cheeks.
Eunha frowned in surprise, then quickly stepped through the door. The attendants were busy with the supplies. Strangely, she felt she had returned home.

“The Defense Minister’s concubine?”
Jihak, who had finished his training, laughed. The person who brought the news was an assistant. Kim quickly found out information about Yongi.
He, who wiped sweat on his chin, readily identified the person to whom the rapid footsteps on the floor belonged at this time.
Even if she could hide her presence from a tiger, she couldn’t fool him.
“Follow the girl.”
“Understood.”
Kim contemplated Jihak’s expression for a moment, then exited the bathroom. The expression on his face brought back memories of the time when he was Crown Prince.
He followed Eunha. She looked around when she reached the backyard, then gathered wet grass to set a fire. Finally, she pulled something out.
It was something important.
Instinctively, Kim realized that Eunha had been shocked. She threw the letter into the fire with an expression of fear or sadness on her face.
Oh, my God!
Kim hurriedly ran over, stepped on the fire and picked up the half-burned letter. He then rubbed it against himself to snuff out the lingering sparks on the paper.
A curious attendee tilted his head in bewilderment. Kim pressed his fingers to his lips to silence him.
βI thought spring had come, but I was wrong…
His eyes grew wide as he read the words on the letter. Kim knew what would happen if this information reached the Prince’s ears.
βLet’s escape, Eunha. I will tell you the day. We will do it as soon as possible. I don’t feel comfortable here. I miss you.
A dark shadow appeared behind Kim.
The assistant slipped away.
“I’m curious about that letter. Give it to me.”
“I…”
Kim turned around, and handed the letter to Jihak. When he received the letter with his hands, a cold smile like moonlight spread across his lips.
“Let’s escape… So she plans to escape…”
