Chaotic Nights — Chapter 228. Worry

Weekly Chapter 1/3
When Eunha had almost reached Heein’s house, she encountered two warriors who suddenly appeared. She was surprised.
They were the Shadows. They had followed her like a shadow.
“What happened?”
“I’m sorry. We received an order from the Lord, we cannot allow you to enter the house.”
“Huh? Jihak?”
“Please go back home.”
Eunha turned around along with Gari. She didn’t know what happened, but she obeyed his words. She was also worried about visiting Heein because she wanted Jihak to regain his original position. She could not guarantee that she would really help the Crown Prince.
“I think it is best for the Lord to resolve this situation.”
Gari looked at the Shadows following them. Eunha nodded slowly.
“You are right. My decision was wrong, otherwise the Shadows would not have received this order. Fortunately, it wasn’t too late.”
“Then you should get some rest. Your face looks tired, you’ve worked hard today, why are you doing that? You don’t need to.”
“There’s not much time left. After I have a baby, I won’t be able to do anything even if I want to. So I want to do it until before I can’t.”
Gari clicked her tongue in frustration because she knew Eunha was right.
“All right. I’ll be back soon.”
The Shadows didn’t hide. Only after they confirmed that Eunha entered the house did they disappear somewhere.
After Gari prepared the wooden bathtub, she entered Eunha’s room. Then she took off Eunha’s clothes. She, who placed a bathrobe, caressed her pregnant belly.
“Gari, go to the clinic. I have many questions. Will my husband be there? I am also worried if my sister is well or if the patient has woken up.”
“But what is the identity of the patient?”
“You don’t need to know that. Can you do as I asked?”
“Yes. But I’ll wait for you to get into the bathtub.”
Then Eunha opened the bathroom door. It was indeed a tiring day. Partly it was because they had to work harder due to the lack of manpower, but now that the baby in her belly had grown, she found it harder to move around.
She hoped her tiredness would disappear with the warm water.
Eunha grabbed Gari’s hand out of the bathtub.
“Thank you. This is a luxury.”
“You say shameful things. I’ll go to the clinic.”
After Gari got out of the bathroom, Eunha looked up at the ceiling.
An incident might happen because of the Crown Prince’s presence in Harye.
Eunha shook her head as the terrifying thought came over her, trying to dispel the lingering fear. After she washed her face, she took the small sachet that Gari had left and gently placed it in the water.
Not only did it emit a pleasant aroma, but it also looked quite amusing as it distorted and danced in the water. The whimsical sight brought a faint smile to her lips. Placing the sachet on her head, she was astonished to discover that, strangely, all her troubling thoughts disappeared, bringing her a sense of tranquility she hadn’t experienced in days.
Without warning, the door swung open, emitting a soft creak as it moved. A lengthy shadow spread across the floor, making his presence known within the room.
“What was the reason for your visit to my sister’s place?”
Eunha raised her head at the sound of Jihak’s voice. She was taken aback to notice his eyes, now widened and quivering.
